  1. Hi!

I read the news article and I liked it a lot!!

    Let’s pray for peace.

  2. Thank you Amilcar. Much appreciated.

  3. Hi Roi, if Israel an Palestine had more poeple like you and Raquel maybe this stupid and senseless war wouln’t exist. I hope you spread the word. You are doing a good work.

  4. Dido and Ricardo, thank you for the kind words.

    Dear Roi,
Despite your assertion that remaining on the side of the peacemakers is crucial, I was hoping that both you and Raquel would steer away from the homogenizing terms “Pro-Israel” and “Pro-Palestinian” and promote common-ground language for those residing outside of the Middle East.
Certainly these two labels are fundamental for those living in the region, when used by students in demonstrations in Europe (i.e. France), they either become devoid of any meaning, or worse, mask ideologies of hatred on both sides.
The in-gathering of grassroots peacemakers outside of the ME region may be easier if specific goals become the mantras, be they “End the fighting!,” “Ceasefire now!,” etc. Crowds that chant these (perhaps hackneyed) phrases are more welcoming to the many Jews who would attend “pro-Palestinian” rallies (i.e. anti-Gazan war) but do not because of the loud “Death to Israel!” and abrasive “Death the Jews!” cries that pollute the environment.
    Cheers,
    Lehit,
    Ma’asalama.
