It is very interesting I felt I want to hear more. I love the animation part too.
Amazingly original! What a great message delivered in a very creative and inspiring way.
Thank you for sharing.
Wonderful insight into who we are and what we need. I’ve read two books recently that link to this idea of empathic civilization. In The Political Mind, George Lakoff argues that progressive thought leads to what he calls a “politics of empathy.” The other book is The Age of the Unthinkable by Joshua Cooper Ramo, where Ramo includes empathy as one of the core requirements for effective leadership in the world we’re careening into.
Love it! The Huffington Post is also doing a focus on his book, including having Rifkin blog periodically and providing excerpts. Its a great way to get into his ideas (without getting overwhelmed by his massive book):
